What to include
- Bugs: what happened, what you expected, your browser and device, and roughly when it happened. A screenshot helps.
- Subscription or payment: the email you signed in with. Never send card numbers; we don't need them. You can cancel or change your subscription yourself with the Manage button next to your account.
- Sponsor banners: the season, rank and slot you booked, and the email on the booking. To book, use the Advertise page.
- Privacy requests (a copy of your data, or deleting your account): send them from the email you signed in with, so we can confirm it's you. See the Privacy Policy.
- Reporting a player for cheating or an offensive name: their callsign and when you saw them.
